Matt was super accommodating and understanding when I explained my situation about needing the camera to be delivered by a certain day so that a family member could fly it out with them, and considering this is over the Christmas period, he made it feel like it was absolutely no trouble and the camera was delivered super promptly, so that was really appreciated!
