TV Ears gives me volume without disturbing others!
My new TV Ears replacement 5.0 Wireless Headset Model 21502 is everything I expected it to be! The sound is excellent & the tone quality (added bass) works very well. I am able to hear dialog much more clearly through it than I can directly from my brand new Samsung and the volume control is so powerful that I just have to turn them on and I get full volume! A very good value!

The "antennas" are too close together and to spring them wide enough to put over both ears is uncomfortable. They are almost touching each other rather than be set about 5 or 6 inches apart and there is no way that i see to adjust them. I have bought other TV Ears which did not have that issue. I fear that continued pressure to spring them apart will eventually break them. The rubber tips are a great improvement from the older sponge like tips which fell apart often. These seem much more durable. Price was significantly less than previously paid but only purchased the "ears" since had the charging base from older purchases.The "antennas" are too close together and to spring them wide enough to put over both ears is uncomfortable. They worked great, My first day they were tight because being brand new, so I started flexing them to to straighten out like the video shows, Having big and rough construction hands, I bent them in the middle on one side. Totally my fault, They didn't break, but it made me nervous. Its something to be careful not to do. But other than that , they sound good and work good, I actually bought them as a spare to dock in my extra docking port, that way if I ever forget and don't turn my button off on my original pair, I won't get up to a dead pair. I love them. I have 4 pairs. 2 in my bedroom and 2 in my living room, sometimes the batteries need to be charged if you listen to something for longtime while reading, etc. . I have very poor hearing. I was telling a friend I had a hard time hearing the commentary over the music in the last winter Olympics. She recommended TV ears and I don't have that problem now with any program. The talking is much clearer. It's hard to explain. You have to try them to understand.I love them. My mother is small framed and the bulky over the head headsets (that are like the older stereo headsets) are just too heavy for her and bother her ears after wearing for 30-40 minutes.
