    Very easy to read, easy to articulate to others, bought two to give them to people! Written in a non judgemental way so men or women won't get defensive if you give it to them. I love the fact that it's been updated since it was first published. Definitely a classic!

    It worked!!

    I got the book to try to learn how to cut down the arguing. The tips and suggestions were and are great. They helped me to see outside the emotion and to work with the situation as it was not as I perceived it to be. I'd recommend this to anyone who is trying to make a step toward repairing the communication not only in a relationship but in your life.
