    Awesome buy!

    I love these - my old ones I had to replace the batteries over and over - it got expensive and irritating when your trying to watch something! I can use these for hours on end and then hang them up to recharge them - it's fantastic! Best investment in my opinion!

    Lighting Limitations!

    these headphones work on my plasma tv but when any scene with some/brighter lighting comes on I get a hum, even in a dark room. I just try to ignore it. newer tv sets have too much brightness that interferes with the infrared signal. not good at all in a sun/daytime lighting environment (mostly static)

    I will keep these until they quit unlike other TV ear phones I have bought.

    I would say these are far better than TV Ears because of the ear muffs. They are not as good as Rocket fish because of the smaller capacity batteries. AAA verses AA, two days verses four. AA batteries are bigger and last longer. Rechargeable batteries are just not he answer for any of these devices for a whole lot of reasons. The on off switch is difficult to operate but you get used to it. These are a good bye for the money but I will pay more in the beginning and less for batteries in the over life of the device. I have been using hearing help for 25 years and have bought a bunch TV audio helpers. The over all comfort and adjustability of these ear phones is very good for those of us that must use them for all TV watching.

    They work well, are comfortable, and very good quality. Excellent value.

    I use these on my television so that I don't bother anyone else in the house. I've tried the other brands that use line-of-sight infra-red, but the Brookstone wireless headphones hold the signal regardless of which room you are in. If you do not properly seat the headphones on the stand they don't recharge. I use rechargeable NIMH AAA batteries and always have a freshly charged spare set whenever I need them. The sound quality is excellent and the headphones are comfortable. These headphones are an excellent value.

    Privacy listening makes both husband and wife happy

    I bought the headphones for my husband who likes to listen to online auctions...which I don't particularly care for. Now he can listen to his heart's content and it doesn't bother me. The headphones are comfortable and were very easy to set-up. We are both pleased with them. I certainly recommend them for privacy listening.
