I contacted the seller who was brilliant and offered me some money back in way of compensation or to have a free return of the item. I was more than happy with their resolution and it was immediate. I would highly recommend this seller and will definitely use them again in the future.

The seller is a good one I wouldn't usually say anything but I just want them to know it was broken in transit and it didn't have much packaging only a little bit of bubblewrap. I'm going to try and fix it but there is alot of broken peices. All in all I respect the charity accidents happen. I'm still given you a 100% for being a tremendous agency. Thankyou

Upon opening the carton, I found that the contents had been well protected therein & the condition of the item to be exactly as described, therefore I'm one very satisfied customer accordingly!
