Good basic phone
My wife got this phone because she really didn't want to pay for a new smartphone. She didn't want a smartphone, but wanted to have basic access to the internet and social media (which she had with a very outdated flip phone, and Samsung Galaxy prior to that). Unfortunately, this phone is unable to update to the newest apps for things like Facebook. She was able to set up gmail, and calling and texting are not a problem. Took it to our Tmobile store, and the rep tried his best to make it work, but no go. She ended up getting a smartphone after all, and I am using this one. I only call and text, so that should work for me. INEXPENSIVE BUT THAT'S ABOUT IT
AS OF 04/2016 this phone is antiquated. The on screen keyboard is awful the space bar is very small so you end up sending texts with dots between each word. The slide out keyboard is even worse same issue. The phone is slow to power up at about 1.5 minuets to boot. Battery lasts about 8 hours if I don't use it (I don't anymore I have it forwarded to a Galaxy). Everyone I talk too on the phone says they cant understand me so sound quality is poor. I purchased the phone in excellent condition whether new or refirb IDK. The price is great if you can forward it and not have to use the hardware. Works for me (I just needed hardware to activate a line and knew that in advance,) but in case you are considering it for everyday use - you'll be disappointed and most likely frustrated.AS OF 04/2016 this phone is antiquated. Does what I need it to do, and it does it well.
It's reasonably quick. Occasionally, it will hesitate, but that's not very common, and the pause is fairly short, unlike my older Android phone (T-Mobile Comet) which would lock up for several seconds at a time. It is a bit on the large and heavy side, but that's due to the 2nd display and keyboard. I have had it for about a month or so, and find that I don't really use the 2nd display much, if at all. Maybe I need to explore its uses a bit more. It comes with a bunch of built-in apps, honestly, most of which I'm not even sure what they do. Screen and case protectors, which split to handle the keyboard, are readily available, at least online. 4G downloads are fast.It's reasonably quick. Great buy and worth every dime!
This phone is wonderful and has exceeded my expectations. Although the 2nd screen is limited to only 9 apps to choose from...i'm hoping maybe a software update may change that in the near future, but that's hopeful wishing. I thought the QWERTY keyboard would be tough to type on but it does take getting use to is all....if you can type [[period]] you'll do good! Very responsive and comes with some great preloaded apps that doesn't waste space on the phone. Camera is great...takes great quality pics and 720p video camera. Only thing this phone was missing that my last one had was a front facing camera, BUT i never used the dang thing anyway, and I'm not into face chatting over my cell, so there was no big loss there for me. I know people complain about the battery life, but after testing ... This phone is wonderful and has exceeded my expectations. I know people complain about the battery life, but after testing it, it really comes down to making sure certain stuff you don't need isn't running when it shouldn't be or you could have simply gotten a bad battery which my suggestion is to ALWAYS contact the maker of the phone and they will send a replacement free within warranty, so anytime you get a new phone contact LG, Motorola or whoever and get that free battery ahead of time for instances when you desperately need it... but anyway battery life on mine is excellent!

Not what it should be
The phone started having issues after 30 days. Phone battery didn't hold a charge . The phone shuts off after if it is 50% or less of a charge. It continues to glitch and beep. I told this to saler and he wasn't consistent with helping to fix the problem. Phone was suppose to be new. He stated that the battery might be bad. But never offered to send a new battery. He sent a shipment label with a 24 hour expiration date and didn't inform me he was doing so. His communication was not the best. .
