    We LOVE this camera! Thank goodness Gerald is willing to refurbish them! I have bought about 10 so far! Best Canon model I have ever owned!     one of the best compact cameras

    one of the best compact cameras. The camera is very easy to use. has auto and P modes. picture quality is decent for point and shoot. HD video is normal and you can use zoom (which is quiet).The only Thing I did not like is the quality of macro, which could by all means be better. battery life is also so so, as camera uses flash very often. I would recommend this camera to everyone, who wants a compact camera. I do not think that anyone needs more sophisticated point and shoot. Does everything that state of art digital camera should do. Did I mention Canon has one of the best autofocus feature?

    Nice Little Camera

    I bought this camera due to Canon's reputation, and the favorable reviews it had. So far I don't have many complaints, the buttons are small, yes, but it's a tiny camera, I like how it just slips in and out of my pocket. Photo quality is ok, the auto mode is not quite as good in my opinion as my much larger Canon Powershot SX10-IS, so not all photos come out perfectly, especially in low light. I think part of the problem is the combination of tiny lense and large CCD sensor. The 720P HD video is great, but it's only 30 FPS like most digicams, which means it's jerky in fast-moving scenes. I certainly like my larger camera better, due to it's arsenal of features and photo quality, but this one is perfect when I can't take my other one along.

    I love My Canon ELPH!

    I love this little camera...I have 3 Kodak cameras, but I wanted something small that would fit into my purse for all the time use. After doing a little research decided on the Cannon PowerShot Elph...OMG...it is an amazing little thing. It's extremely lightweight and compact, yet it has all the features of my Kodaks. I love it's overall looks and it's extremely easy to use. I think everyone should have one of these tucked away in their purse or pocket. It's also very affordable and the pictures are beautiful...very clear. Video is very clear and the sound is excellent. I paid $229 for this camera and it is worth every penny spent...I would recommend this camera to everyone.

    Canon PowerShot SD940 IS Digital ELPH 12.1 Megapixel

    I just received my Powershot SD940. Originally I had purchased the Powershot SD780, but when this one came out two days later I returned it. I liked the bigger LCD on the 940 rather than the 780's smaller LCD with an optical viewfinder. The 940 also has a 4x optical zoom compared to the 780's 3x optical zoom. Something else I had not noticed until I received the product is that the 940 has an updated menu system. The menus are laid out more logically and can display help menus to inform the user of the cameras functions and options. This feature is not offered on the 780. After owning both cameras, I would recommend upgrading to the Powershot SD940 unless you need an optical viewfinder. The 940 offers better zoom, bigger LCD, updated menus, and stronger performance (I found that the menus ...
