The item itself is great and in good condition. However the experience with the seller was terrible. She avoided answering a simple question after multiple attempts, got defensive and ended up telling me to return the item as soon as I got it because it “wasn’t worth her time”. Shipping took twice as long as estimate, which is normally fine, but was not sent through advertised shipping method on listing.

This was a very difficult transaction from the get go. The buyer demanded that the item be delivered by Mothers Day. I shipped literally the minute it was paid. I tried to explain I do not control the Post Office and cannot guarantee delivery on a certain date especially since it was going to Puerto Rico. I messaged you 5 minutes after purchase to just return the item. I had 100% positive reviews before your anticipated negative review which was received today. Enjoy your item.
