However, it has a good consistency, and wonderful flavor. I've been having a hard time finding tahitian vanilla products with the true taheitensis flavor I'm looking for and this one has it, and it's wonderfully rich and full bodied tahitian flavor too! I'll keep buying it as long as it's available!
