According to Industry Standards, it is supposed to take 100ms to 500ms from the time power is applied to the PS until the Power Good signal is sent to the MoBo. These send the Power Good signal immediately, which is a good indication that they are not testing output voltages at all before setting Power Good true. If you install the power supply in the desktop, you will find that there is no problem with the power supply.

The shipping was faster than I thought and it arrived on the exact day they said. I did some a couple of issues (prob caused by the shipper handling the box roughly) but the tech support folks responded to my emails the same day and we were able to resolve the problems. If you are looking for a reliable high-value refurb PC , these folks do not dissapoint. I’m giving positive feedback because the seller was quick to respond, and rectified the situation by refund.
