The second time I ordered same product I saw package was delivered to "wrong address" and noticed item was also refunded without me contacting seller or FedEx. Picture FedEx took of delivered item shows a box way too big for what I ordered. Something very fishy about this seller.

I received a message stating the item was recalled and seller issued a refund and said shipment would be rerouted back to seller. Fed Ex tracking showed delivered to my address with a photo. Photo was not my house and not what I purchased. I ordered a large 18 inch herding ball for my dog. Item in photo and not my home, was bucket golf. Reporting seller to ebay for tracking scams in progress

    Kool pillow

    I was searching to replace a pillow I had bought locally about 5 years ago, & this turned out to be the exact same pillow. To my surprise it arrived two days after I ordered it!! It did not have a separate cover with it , thus I had to give it 4 stars.

    The "cool" is still HOT

    I was looking for a pillow that would keep cool. That is not the case with ISO COOL. It does not measure up to all the hype! If you want a pillow to keep you head cool, get one with inner cooling gel. The shreaded memory foam, as what's in the ISO COOL is not it...So, don't waste your money.
