      These are AWESOME and then some.

      Too bad Columbia Home Products went out of business. Somebody needs to keep making these. It cooks food rapidly and is easy to clean. The best part of cleaning is when a little food sticks to the bottom of the pan and you get to scrape it off with your fingers and eat it. The loss of these on the market will be the loss of one more great childhood memory along with some of the most practical oven cookware every made.

      Right size and makes great taste for cooking.

      Absolutely awesome but much smaller inside than outside measure suggests

      This awesome pan and the cooking method it offers is fantastic. The meats come out tender and tasty and I recommend using a wire rack in bottom under meat. Should be noted that the 15" pan is only about 12" inside. Highly recommended!!!
