    Sent out after having service being done and spending $400. Cleaned and tweaked. It sounded great. The packing that it was sent back was horrible. Customer received full refund.

    Bad tech support from TASCAM for older models.

    The recorder works with CD-R disks fine. It DOES NOT WORK with CD-RW disks. Called Tascam support. There is nothing they can do since this is an older model and they do not carry replacement disk drives.
