    Exceptional value for a well-working older unit

    A very well-made, surprisingly accurate weather forecaster that's not the newest one around. Works well, is easy to set-up and implement. IMHO, the only real "negative" about it is that it sorely needs an edge or back-light so as to be easily visible at night or in very low-light. Why one was not thought of in the design process escapes many, as the overall design is impressive with many reasonable and useful features.

    Radio Shack Wireless Weather Forecaster (63-1090

    I have purchased four of these units on two different orders and used some of them as gifts. They work great and I find their readings accurate and repeatable when compared to the local weather station about two miles away. Once you program the altitude, the barometric pressure reading is perfect. All-in-all, it is a great value and a nice gift.

    Great weather station

    We had this same exact model weather station from Radio Shack previously to buying this one. It worked for over 20 years and the outside transmitter just stopped working a few weeks ago. I was happy to find the same model, brand new, Radio Shack weather station on ebay and did not hesitate to buy it.
