    Great solid boots

    these are great solid boots. I was slipping in my other bogs on ice/snow, but after 10 days hiking in the snow I only slipped once, and only an inch before my boots caught me. I found the top of the boot hit right at the top of my calf so they are a bit tight there, and I expect them to loosen as I get more miles on them. Great boot.
