I felt the packaging was a little extreme -- the switches came in a rather large box embedded in a solid chunk of styrofoam-- but once I cut away the styrofoam, the switches themselves were clean, and aside from a few cosmetic scratches, looked like they had seen little use in their prior life. I would definitely consider buying again from this reseller.
