The item had a rubber-band to hold power adapter with the power cord in addition to the factory velcro. It was tested, as applicable, on a HP 15-dy5131wm laptop that needed the model specific power adapter. Cost was reasonable with inclusion of shipping cost as free. The item was working for charging purposes. It allowed the laptop to hold charge and operate. Thanks for having the item for my needs finding a replacement.

The shipping was faster than I thought and it arrived on the exact day they said. I did some a couple of issues (prob caused by the shipper handling the box roughly) but the tech support folks responded to my emails the same day and we were able to resolve the problems. If you are looking for a reliable high-value refurb PC , these folks do not dissapoint. That being said, I would be reticent to order from seller in the future as, to me, this seller came across as disorganized.

I’m giving positive feedback because the seller was quick to respond, and rectified the situation by refund. Ultimately, I ordered from a different seller whose description was “new”, not “open box”.
