Supposedly ebay contacted the seller and asked to have a partial refund, as we were willing to keep the shoes, just not for that price. The seller never got back to ebay either. Shoes looked like new in pictures - the bottom wasn't worn down. It was totally different when we received it - like they were worn a lot between the pictures and the sale.
