      Solved carburetor flooding issue

      Fuel pressure regulator solved the problem of my carburetor flooding out on my 4.3 V6 on my 93 bayliner capri 1850. So far no leaks and engine runs smooth. I like the small design and straight inline output and inputs. I used with metal fuel line and inverted flare fittings so I didn't need bracket for regulator because metal lines keep regulator off manifold. I set at 4 psi I didn't check pressure but before regulator I was getting 8 to 9 psi which was flooding out my carb

      Fuel Pressure Regulator

      Seems to work fine for my application. I lower the pressure when off road and it really helps to maintain good operation, then simply turn the dial back up after the trails. I have a gauge behind it so I’m good with it.

      Mr Gasket fuel pressure regulator.

      Put this on a 354 HEMI with Edelbrock carb in a 1940 Ford Gasser. So far its working very well!

      Faulty Fuel Pressure Regulator.

      I installed the Fuel Pressure regulator. It worked initially at idle. On the first run the engine stalled and quit. I replaced the regulator wit a straight piece of pipe and the engine worked. I am out $36.14 and a lot of time.
