    Somethings need a fine tuning

    I have used Turbo Tax going on 4 years I usually give it 5 stars but this year had a roth ira withdrawal that was qualified but it took me through so man hoops then I didn't know the results forever I guess they want to make sure they capture everything but it would be easier if they asked a few relevant questions then if needed you ask a hundred more. In other words ask if something meets the standards if it does then done. If if doesn't then send the person on to answer more questions. I was also not impressed when I needed help on the issue due to there many questions that did not apply anyway.

    Turbo Tax 2018 Don't buy it

    Turbo Tax will not install on a Windows 10 device no matter what the cover on your product says. It requires a specific MS .NET version ( 4.5.2 ) which no longer exists as Microsoft updates .NET in place, currently .NET version 4.8 on my Windows 10 build 1809 machine. What happens when first installing is that it gets hung up attempting to fix registry entries and clean up users machine while installing .NET 4.5.2 which maybe fine for Windows 7 or the earlier releases of Windows 10, but Turbo Tax and Intuit have poor support documentation on their website regarding this issue. This isn't a EBAY issue, but I wouldn't buy Turbo Tax. Go to a CPA or other Tax professional if you want to do business taxes or file for free on line with many available internet based web sources.

    Only had 1 use left. Advertised as having 2.

    I am pleased to have been able to do my taxes on my PC. However, it was advertised as being able to be used on another PC which turned out not to be true. Thus the second person that this was bought for was forced to purchase another disk. I would have given 5 stars if it had been able to be used as advertised.
