One was defective, and so I followed the seller's ornate and pseudo-ominous return instructions (see attached screenshots of message thread). Seller received the item, and almost two months later, continues to make non-commital political excuses as to why they have not checked the pedal and refunded the payment. I requested an eBay return: seller closed it, no action or comment. Communication has been lacking at best, but this is bad.

Canadian customs are notorious for being a tad over zealous when checking items, but the pedal arrived well packaged and undamaged. Not hugely impressed with communication with seller, but would recommend as item arrived as described.
