Seller would not take back and felt their photos and descriptions were correct, despite photo showing otherwise & refused return. I had to go to eBay buyer protection & eBay sided with me. Sellers photos/description showing dark blue plates, but were actually light medium/royal blue not the dark blue & definitely not the dark navy blue in photos. My photos: med blue plates received with 2 types dark blue I hadReply from: micgli_6- Feedback replied to by seller micgli_6.- Feedback replied to by seller micgli_6.Although no return is our policy, we accepted the return, asking him to pay the return shipping, which he refused. He was looking for the very specific color, and he never asked for the details before he purchased them. The color can be very tricky in photos, which he doesn't understand. He said that our plates are medium blue, but this color doesn't exist. It looks like he just wanted freebies. His claim was unreasonable, and that's why we didn't process the refund, asking Ebay to step in.
