      Part was new in the box but was not the part shown in the listing. It was missing the condensate drain and it was aftermarket, not Goodman. When I told them their listing was wrong they acknowledged I needed a different part number - no instructions, no offer to exchange or replace and no apology for the incorrect listing. Since temps were freezing I added a drain port. Now it's now out again. I am trying to buy a discounted part and they will not help. Buyer beware.

      Customer was told which item was needed after contacting us. Customer did not reply that they wanted to go with the needed item. No response from the customer for a month. Customer contacted us again after modifying the item. Our policy states that modified items will void any warranty/return. Customer was told that had they let us know that they wanted to go with the needed item (before customer made the modification) then instructions would have been sent for the item to be returned.

      Easy Installation

      This fan blower was by far the easiest electronic/mechanical component I have ever installed, it worked great from the first flick of the switch. You may want to take a picture of the electrical wiring, its the only part that can be hooked up wrong. No maintenance required.

      Backup blower

      I purchased this blower for a backup to the one on my furnace. I have also put an extra control board on the shelf. We experience a fair number of brown outs on our electrical system. I did not want to take a chance of being without heat during the winter. Almost everything else on the furnace is locally available. These items are specific and at risk of failure.

      Fast Service

      The Goodman Furnace Draft Induce Blower arrived two days earlier than expected. My son put the part in less than an hour and the system took it from there. Easy. Very happy seeing that it is fall in New England and for the days without heat it was 38 degrees at night. Heating with the Propane fireplace was a hassle.
