    Have not used it yet, but....

    I've been using TurboTax for years now. Have only had one problem, but I found ways to work around the problem, to explain in an enclosed letter of explanation to the IRS. Since I haven't received all the documents needed to file my return I can't accurately review this product, but based on my previous years of experience with TurboTax, I don't expect to have any problem and would recommend their products.

    Should provide discount for repeat users.

    Once you start using Turbotax, you will want to use it in future years. It imports from the previous year and saves time. I can purchase the product for much less on the net. Intuit should offer a substantial discount for repeat customers. My rating is primarily in regard to the price. I have been satisfied with the program.

    Harold's View of Desktop Version

    I tried to use the online Free version of Turbo Tax this year but after tediously entering most of the data I was informed that I HAD to use the Desktop Deluxe version. I've used the Desktop version for over the last decade and even with re-entering all the data that it couldn't just import from my last year's tax file it only took a few hours to know it all out. I will only use the Desktop version from here on out. Was glad to find the product without the state included (TN doesn't have income tax) for such an economical price.
