    Extremely disappointed. Purchased a Dell R740 server which arrived with significant damage due to completely inadequate packaging. The seller placed the heavy server directly in a box with nothing but some paper on top—no foam, no padding, no protection. As a result, the case was bent and the internal fan connectors on the motherboard were broken off. This kind of careless shipping is unacceptable, especially for expensive and sensitive equipment like servers. Will not buy from this seller again

    We strongly dispute your claims about our packaging but even still we offered to provide a paid return label twice and a full refund provided the serial numbers matched our records and that no components were removed from the device. You ignored our requests for a return of the item and elected to keep an allegedly broken unit instead of returning it for the full refund. Your decision to ignore our efforts to remedy this situation speaks volumes to us. We too are extremely disappointed.
