      Great communication. Quick shipment. Leaving positive feedback because I understand that things happen. I wrote before ordering if they were cracked and was told no. When received one was cracked one wasn't. They said no problem to return make sure I DON"T RETURN MY BROKEN PART IN 2 EMAILS, but I would have to pay shipping which I didn't care for as I asked before purchasing. Things happen . I opted to keep and I disassembled the broken one and made the broken part out of steel.

      So far,so good. . .

      The new oven control was a perfect match and was easy to install. It took about 15 minutes. At under $80, it was the least expensive one I could find. So far it works fine, but the real test will be whether it has a normal lifespan. This was installed in a rental property, so it would not have made sense to pay close to $200 for an oven control--when good used stoves can be bought for less. Many OEM oven controls were priced between $150-$200 and I would be surprised to learn they are selling many at that cost.
