    The seller claimed this is a "new condition" device, but in reality, the device has physical damage (the package was intact when I received it, which indicates the device was already damaged beforehand). Moreover, it has been used, with many scratches and signs of wear. Worst of all, the system has no license at all, contrary to the seller's claim of being the 01-SSC-3833 version. I have been completely deceived. I initiated the return process, but the seller is trying to evade responsibility. M
