Didn't even tape top, so when I opened the envelope the card wasn't even in the top loader anymore. It was just loose in the envelope. For a card almost 40$ that's not good. I did ship it upside down in a penny sleeve and then put that inside the top loader so I'm curious as to what happened. I should have tapped the top to further prevent the card coming out of the toploader just in case. Again thank you for your feedback and I will do better when shipping cards from now on.
