My item travelled from Norwood in Tasmania, to Melbourne, to Brisbane, back to Melbourne, then to Adelaide, then somewhere else in Adelaide, and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. Seller gets 15 out of 10, Australia Post gets 1/10!

Package was very carefully wrapped up and covered in fragile tape. The Brother AX-250 arrived in quite nice condition, though there was a minor issue with the paper feeder that I had to address.
