The Sony DAV-TZ140 is a home theater system that offers a cinema-quality experience from the comfort of your home. Play a CD, DVD, and CD-R disc in 1080p full HD resolution. With this Sony DAVTZ140 system, you can set up a complete home cinema. This type of 300w DVD player has an HDMI video output. This allows it to send a high-quality video to your television. You can also connect this DVD machine to your desktop or laptop computer for viewing movies. The 5.1-channel surround sound allows you to hear action from every direction in the room. Your DVDs will undergo upscaling when the systems are connected to the built-in USB port. This allows you to enjoy excellent image quality. If you have an older television, it also features composite input. This set of accessories also works with your cameras. Just plug in your digital cameras to the USB's port and view your JPEGs, MPEG4s, and other digitized files.This kit includes two 50-watt front speakers, two 50-watt surround speakers, and one 50-watt center speaker. You can arrange these audio accessories around your room on shelves, on the floor, or mount them onto a wall. In addition to the five speaker units, this kit includes a 50-watt subwoofer. Its amplifier delivers 300 watts of power at 1 KHz and 8 ohms resistance. The total harmonic distortion is just 10%, allowing you to hear music without any hum or static.Set the tone for the celebration using the HDMI or composite connections built into the DAV-TZ140's speakers. Listen to your favorite playlists from an iPod or MP3 player capable of linking through the USB port. The USB port can also be used to connect your smartphone and play music from your smartphone and other digital accessories. Keep musical experiences fresh thanks to the AM/FM radio tuner. Preset up to 20 of your favorite stations, and then you can sit back and allow the crisp sound quality of this device, which is equipped with Dolby Digital and Dolby Pro Logic, to take over. Sony made sure to create a comprehensive experience by making sure this home theater system doubles as a controller of any BRAVIA Sync-enabled devices in your cinema arsenal. This sleek, stylish device delivers an experience viewers won't forget. The remote control allows you to perform a variety of functions, including playback, track forwarding and reversing, stop, pause, and repeat. The front of the receiver features LED indicators for its power, standby, mode of operation, and display. The front also features a standard 3.5mm jack for your headphones. When your headphones are engaged, the sounds are delivered at up to 94 decibels. This Sony audio system measures 12.9 inches long by 13.5 inches wide by 2.2 inches deep when assembled side by side.
