    Good Product

    Cooks very well. Just took a minute to get used to the various options, but now it's easy. Just noticed a little discoloration in the stainless steel pot after cooking some turkey chili, but hopefully with additional washings the stains will disappear. It also took multiple washings and soakings in vinegar and vanilla flavoring to remove the smell of the chili from the sealing ring.

    I love that it is easy to use. I have already cooked a pot of beans and it turned out perfect! Easy to clean. I love having the handles on the stainless steel bowl so I could lift the beans out while it was still hot.

    Well worth the money.

    I've only had the opportunity to make two recipes so far. Both turned out delicious and easy to make. One was chicken and noodles made with Costco rotisserie chicken. The other was Chili with ground beef. There are so many possibilities to try and so much fun researching them. I like that the cooking pot is stainless steel. My last pressure cooker was aluminum. This new one has many more safety features that my old one did not. The controls for this cooker provides for a multitude of selections to choose from. It can be overwhelming at first. All in all I'm glad I finally decided to purchase this cooker. Happy cooking to all!

    So great I bought a second one!

    I absolutely love my Instant Pot and like it so much, I bought a second one. The Duo Evo Plus is an advancement on the first models. It locks automatically when the lid is placed on so I never have to remember to close the vent. There are quite a few presets but I rarely use anything but the main button "custom" and then dial in the time and whether I want high or low pressure. I do use the selection for eggs and it's so nice to just hit start and the eggs are cooked in about 20 min. total, including preheat and cool down time. Then the shells just slide off after cooling in the ice bath, never have to pick pieces of shells like I used to. Another reason I got an additional unit was to have an extra inner pot.     Outstanding addition to my kitchen!

    This is my very favorite kitchen appliance. I use it almost daily. It's easy to use and gives so many programmed options, along with the option to customize according to your needs. I can't imagine being without this! Unfortunately, this model seems to have been replaced in stores with more expensive models that don't really do any more than this one, so this model is becoming very hard to find. I was really fortunate to find it on e-bay.
