      Buyer saw the damage on box . Buyer accepts this. The problem is this seller shipped the item in a plastic bag. A collectible item in a plastic bag. Yes he used cardboard over the plastic front . The item got damaged worse. I could not put a claim in because the previous damage was visible in the pictures. Buyers be warned this is how the seller shipped. Ebay before you redact , this is an honest experience with this seller. Buyers have a right to know how this seller conducts business.

      we literally wrapped the new in box item in extra cardboard and placed it in a over sized poly bag which adds padding what more can we do ? You could have messaged us about this also. as a seller what more can we do ?

      Best hairdryer ever

      I have crazy thick frizzy hair, and blow drying has NEVER turned out well for me. I washed my hair in the morning, used this dryer brush, and went on my way. With zero product in my hair, it has held its style for three days now. No frizz. My hair is almost as soft as my two-year-old’s! I’m not sure where this has been all my life or why I dragged my feet to purchase it, but it’s my new best friend. It seems silly that it’s as large as it is, but it works so well that I don’t care.

      good on drying but wheres the hair volume

      I was looking for a blow drying brush that would give my flat hair some volume and some kind of curl. While it does a good job drying the hair it does not give it volume even with some hair product. I get more volume and curl when I use the old fashion hair dryer and round brush. It does leave hair looking healthy but it does not give any volume. Also the largeness of the brush makes it difficult to glide smoothly thru short hair as the hair is not able to wrap all the way around the brush.I will use it for days when I am not going out in public as I don't need volume on those stay at home days and my daughter who has long curly hair can use it when she straightens out hers.

      Works great

      I does have a cool setting but it does not have a high/low temp setting. Just a high/ low blower setting. I really like the way it works but the power switch is not accessible while in use. I would buy this again. Makes drying my hair so much easier.

      Great Hair Dryer

      I really love this hair dryer. I’ve heard a lot of different complaints about it but I haven’t experienced anything negative. I have long hair so I love how big the brush is and it gives my hair that extra volume and bounce that usually takes me almost twice as long when using a hair dryer and round brush.

      Would definitely recommend

      Its a hair dryer but in brush form, making easier to straighten hair in sections. Easy to use and works great. I was able to straighten my hair in lest then 10 mins. Works great on thicker hair, it usually takes me about an hour and a half to do my daughters hair with this product I was able to cut the time in half.
