The shipping was fast, and everything is as described; it was essentially plug and play right out the box. I did have a slight issue though, the graphics card wasn't hooked into the motherboard; but after 30 seconds of "work" unscrewing the glass off the case I noticed the issue immediately and just slotted it in. I would absolutely buy from this company again 😎

If you are looking for a reliable high-value refurb PC , these folks do not dissapoint. I communicated this to the seller, who offered a 50% discount. I said I preferred what was listed (new or unused), at which point the seller issued an immediate refund. I’m giving positive feedback because the seller was quick to respond, and rectified the situation by refund. Ultimately, I ordered from a different seller whose description was “new”, not “open box”.
