I would add that the box did not say anything about containing glass or being fragile so it did arrive pretty banged up and two of the lenses broke in transit. It just seemed odd that they would prepare me to receive it in a couple of weeks, only to receive it in a couple of days. So, the device looks like a new, mint-condition NAS, in a box that had been opened, but not unpacked. I haven’t yet installed the 4 x 4GB Red Western Digital HDD’s to test. But IO am confident that it will work as advertised. Thank you very much.
