The packaging was excellent. However, the cartridges would not print. I then checked the date on the box and it has an expiration date of 2020. (I'm guessing the ink had dried out). Contacted the buyer and was told he/she uses this old ink all the time and works fine and will not take returns for a refund. I now have to file a "claim" with Ebay to get a refund.
