I did some research on Internet while troubleshooting this item. I found this item is on a recall list by United States Consumer Product Safety Commission, due to potential overheat and fire hazard. Probably this item should not be listed at first place. I am glad that I found this information, to avoid future risk.

When it arrived, there was no adaptaplug tip included. Shame on you Enercell for using false advertising. The seller explained that he has several more boxes of this charger that do not contain the adaptaplug tips. The charger is pretty useless w/o these tips. Thank you Cali-gardener for the refund.
