A collectible item in a plastic bag. Yes he used cardboard over the plastic front . The item got damaged worse. I could not put a claim in because the previous damage was visible in the pictures. Buyers be warned this is how the seller shipped. Ebay before you redact , this is an honest experience with this seller.
