The seller was good he shipped the item promptly and it came in excellent condition with the saves working, there was no blemish on the cartridge and it was kept extremely clean. It was a pleasure doing business and I would like to see if we could do deals again in the future.

      Almost as good as Fuzion

Metroid: Zero Mission is a well regarded update to the original game. The improvements implemented in this new release are necessary to appeal to a new audience. After playing Metroid Fuzion, it is hard to adapt to the old NES Metroid style. New mechanics similar to Super Metroid and Metroid Fuzion were added, as well as new mini-bosses, hidden areas to explore and animated cutscenes that further the story.

    • Game kept crashing on me!

My copy of Metroid Fusion and Pokémon Emerald work perfectly fine so I assume it's a problem with this cartridge. I bought the game on the Wii U eShop after my files got erased when it crashed while I was saving so now here I am with two copies of Zero Mission. It's a good game, 100% completed it, but wish it didnt crash. I guess this was a repro copy oops

    • The first Metroid but with hindsight

This game is the perfect way to get into Metroid. This game is exactly like its NES source material, but this time it carries over Design philosophies and lessons learned from its future installments, like Metroid Fusion and Super Metroid. The gameplay is simply addicting. You hit a roadblock, find a power up, then beat the roadblock, it starts simple but really gets tough later on. This game is the perfect way to get into Metroid. I hated the original for how unfairly difficult it was and how cryptic it was too. But this game is just the perfect mix of reasonable challenges and puzzles that require thought. But however, there are a few collectibles/power ups that required hours of attempts and hair pulling. That’s why I’d recommend just playing to finish it. Speaking of, this remake adds ...

    • Good reproductions!

So far no issues. I owned authentic versions of both games and the only difference is the pause before saves. The games are excellent, and at this price, why not take the risk.

    • The Starting Point For Newcomers!

This is an amazing remake of the first Metroid game that was released on the NES in 1987. With updated graphics, enhanced music, alongside quality of life updates such as a new map function, this makes it an outstanding game that also fleshes out on the beginning of Samus’s backstory. This game also makes it an excellent starting point for newcomers who want to get into the Metroid series. I definitely recommend this game for anyone interested in action/adventure games.
