        Quite honestly this is in my top 3 best eBay transactions (I have been a eBay member since 2002). First, the communication was awesome with seller replying to my questions/request within 1hr satisfying my request to show me evidence the M28 batteries will hold a charge. If the seller was not willing to work on my request I would not have purchased this Milwaukee M28 Hammer Drill. Secondly, the packaging was top notch, lots of bubble wrap, packing paper and cardboard keeping the item safe.

        Milwaukee Tools are the very best money can buy!

        I have 4 Milwaukee drills at the farm, and we work them really, really hard. This drill replaced one that finally gave up after 10 years of hard use. I purchased this one to replace the one that we literally wore out. I would not ever consider buying any other brand. I am a big Milwaukee fan and like that all of my batteries are interchangeable with other Milwaukee tools, such as the sawzall, circular saws, etc. etc. If you need a tool, and can invest the money, buy Milwaukee and only cry once!!!

        28 Volt Milwaukee Hammer drill

        This is the most solid durable and dependable drill manufactured. This is my second unit I have owned. The first one lasted me 4 years with everyday usage in my business. It can drill a 1" wood auger bit through 18" of oak if need be using the M28 batteries. I have owned many different manufacturers of drills in my 30+ years in construction. There is none better than this unit.

        Not too light, but power is just right.

        Milwaukee cordless power tool seem to have unlimited torque. While exceptionally powerful, they don't use up their batteries at an excessive rate.
