I contacted the seller and received very cold response. She informed me that the bells individually wrapped and then wrapped together. There was no indication of this. The box was not dented or torn. She then asked me if I dropped the package! I did not! Even if I had, it would have been not as bad as the handling it would have received in the mail. I found her not waning to make things right!
