I found Yodel Customer Services most unhelpful. They refused to help Me. Passing the buck to my seller. Lesson learned folks. DO NOT USE YODEL FOR ANYTHING. REFUSE TO BUY FROM ANYONE WHO REFUSES TO USE ROYAL MAIL OR EVRI. I ended up asking eBay to help, and happily I have today received a refund. What happened wasn't the fault of the seller or myself.
