To do this, the gamer must navigate through various levels, eliminate or incapacitate enemies, and solve different puzzles. The action in each level has a fast pace, with Bond needing to defend himself from an assortment of threats and take out enemies that could come at him from anywhere. To do this, he has a wide variety of tools, including a laser-shooting watch, exploding pens, and assault rifles."GoldenEye 007" also shines in the multiplayer mode. With a large assortment of maps and upgraded content, most gamers ind themselves spending hours playing. Capable of supporting up to four players locally or eight online, gamers must navigate different maps and eliminate enemies. Each player gets to select from an extensive cast of characters, including the notorious Oddjob and Jaws. By killing opponents and winning matches, gamers accumulate XP and unlock additional skills, weapons, and cheats. These include classics like "big heads" as well as new competitive modes like Melee Only and Paintball. Online multiplayer enables gamers to rank up, display, and compare their scores as well as compete with other gamers in the arena."GoldenEye 007" uses the widely-available Classic Controller instead of the standard Wii Remote.
