  Sent to courier promptly but however typical Evri they delayed delivery. Was out for delivery on Thursday however got the inevitable email to say there was an issue and would be next day. We have this with Evri every time. But can’t fault seller

  Postage, packaging and delivery costs were fine but in value the item wasn't correctly described and therefore did not warrant the higher cost for the item plus delivery. The seller did respond quickly and issued a full refund but I still felt wronged by the process. The item is back up for sale with an addition to the description so well done to the seller for responding positively as Purchasers rely on accurate detailed descriptions to make informed choices on Ebay.

  I brought these wheel trims for my van as a set of 4. They arrived promptly, when looking at my purchase noted one of the trims was not as it showed in the ad. They were supposed to be the trims with a chromed vw badge which 3 were but 1 was the matt black trim and which is the cheaper option. I contacted the seller he replied that he had left tape on it as he had given them a touch up prior to shipment which he had on 1 of 3. After a series of emails the issue has not been dealt with.
