We said. If you want a full refund you will have to send it back to us, they wanted us to let them keep the items and give them a full refund. We offered them multiple solutions. One was that we could offer a partial and they keep it and they can try to resell them in their own country . Another was that we would send them more units. Don't be misled by false accusations.
