      Serenity movie

      This was a great addition to the tv series, Firefly, which should not have been cancelled. The movie was a bit more serious than the series, but still had it's comical moments. Nathan Fillion was an excellent leader to the group of misfits that inhabited the Serenity, each playing their parts in total devotion to their captain. The ending was very climatic and victorious for the group, though losing part of their crew. I would definitely recommend this movie.

      Terrific follow-on movie to the Firefly series

      Firefly was a great series that got unfairly canceled after one short season. Serenity is a great follow-up movie that continues this outer space Robin Hood story with the same great ensemble cast. A great movie-length episode that pretty much stands alone without having seen the Firefly series, although it would add greatly to the entertainment value to watch Firefly, first to understand each character's background and past relationship with each other.

      Serenity movie based on Firefly tv series

      I am so pleased that I bought the movie. I have watched it so many times and still enjoy the movie every time. I really appreciated that the movie picks up where the tv series stopped. I like each character and wish there were more movies made in order to follow the story lines. Thanks to Joss Whedon and all the actors.
