Works great!
I had an older model Osterizer base which I bought at a thrift store but was in perfect working condition but it did not have a jar. I contacted Osterizer/Sunshine and purchased a jar for it but it did not come with a base. I went online to E-bay and took a chance in ordering this base. To my actual surprise it fit perfectly on the bottom of the jar and was the missing link I needed to have a functional blender. Still leaked after replacing bottom and gaskets.
I tried replacing parts hoping I could revive a blender with a good motor and glass jar. It still leaks after all that, so had to buy a new blender. Not sure if it was the fit of the replacement part or something else. Maybe the glass has worn down, but I doubt that.

Where are these reviews hidden?
This was a good value. However I can tell it is not original equipment as the outside diameter is a tad bit smaller. I know this because the picture fits loosely in the blender base now. You get what you pay for is almost alway true.
