    AMD Phenom ii x 4 - 965BE

    This is one of the best kept secrets out there. If you want to build a really fast computer, this is the CPU you want! I have built over 20 of these for my customers. No one has every complained. Running at 3.4 GHZ, explains why it is so fast. I have never had one fail. They were first on the market in 2008 and they are still holding up. Most issues with computers is the power supply goes out and you replace it. I recommend this CPU to anyone. No waiting, and waiting and waiting.

    good working product for the price

    works great a little faster then the 955 the same brand. I decided to purches this amd phenom ii x 4 965 3.4 ghz amd not the 6 core because I am using the same type on other computerand it works good so when upgraded the motherboard in other computer I installed this proccesor in it and it works.

    Fast Processor

    This is a high performanace chip. Runs very stable. I have not overclocked the chip yet. Still too new. Have not had any problems with the amount of programming running at one time with this chip. Runs games at max settings with no issues. The 965 I bought is the 140W version. When buying a motherboard for this chip, be sure the motherboard you are looking at supports a 140W chip. I will run at 125W, but may suffer slower speeds or instability when running at full capacity. Windows 7 gives it a 7.4 WEI score.

    Best bang for your buck.

    Quad core performance for under $200. Stays cooler than intel chips even with a faster clock. They don't use cache as well as the intel chips, but that only matters if you are doing a lot of parallel type processing (e.g. video rendering). These are great for power users and gamers.
