Very slow and unhelpful communication. Didn't have what I ordered in stock, so I accepted an alternative smaller size. Was not offered or granted partial refund on request. Slower than advertised handling and shipping times. Overall very poor experience. And of course they are still offering items for sale that they do not have in stock. Additionally the item was shipped with inadequate packaging/dunnage.
