Sellers description stated fits all Dr. Kern beds. The bulb that came would not fit. I filed for a return. Seller closed the return and told me I should have looked at the picture before ordering. I could not view my bulb because my bed was still assembled. After messaging back and forth with this rude seller I decided to take my losses. I personally chose not to deal with this seller again.

You can tell who ir rude here. I've asked this customer to send me a picture of the old bulb so I can see what he is talking about. He refuses. He has been rude to us from the beginning. He opened up a case without even trying to fix the issue. I have tried to get him to show me pic of old bulb. He refuses. Sounds like buyer remorse, maybe broke the bulb. The picture of bulb is on the listing and this is the bulb for every Dr Kern tanning bed. I don't know why he won't let me see the old bulb
