    Lucy and Viv, One More Time

    This is a fun special, and the last teaming of Lucy and Vivian Vance. It's also got long time "Lucy" stalwarts Gale Gordon, Mary Wickes and Mary Jane Croft. So what if the situations are predictable? It's great seeing these old pros execute them with their usual flair! If you're a fan of Lucy, you'll have a good time!!

    Lucy Calls the President is a MUST!

    This DVD is so great! It has lots of bonus material with recordings of a radio show Lucy did with various guest stars. Until now I didn't know Lucy had even done those! There are also behind the scene outtakes and bloopers never before seen. The quality is wonderful. Truly a MUST HAVE for every Lucy fan, especially since it's Lucy and Vivian Vance's last TV appearance together. There are parts of the shows where they bring back the humor and energy of Lucy Ricardo and Ethel Mertz. Such a gem!

    Lucy Calls the President

    It looks like Lucille Ball is doing a poor impersonation of the "Lucy" character she'd made so famous in years past. Vivian Vance is nothing more than a caricature. Unfortunately, these two greats had lost much of their 3-dimensional talent at this point in their careers that made them such a great team in the past on both I LOVE LUCY and THE LUCY SHOW.

    GOOD QUAILITY,GOOD MEMORIES, AND GOOD FUN

    I GREW UP WITH LUCILLE BALL BUT SOMEHOW MISSED HER SPECIALS. THIS WAS VIVIAN VANCE'S LAST APPEARANCE ON TELEVISION WITH LUCILLE BALL. ANYONE WHO COLLECTS LUCILLE BALL ITEMS,NEEDS TO ADD THIS DVD TO THEIR COLLECITON.
